At Gowling Stairs it’s “business as usual” with a few minor changes. Whilst the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we are still open for business and will continue to trade until notified of any changes from governing bodies.

The health and safety of our clients, team, suppliers and families is our priority. In light of the current COVID-19 recommendations, we felt it important to let you know how we plan to protect you.

Existing Orders

Rest assured we are doing everything possible to continue to operate as normal:

1. All projects currently in our system remain on track
2. We do not have any supply issues to-date

Suppliers

During this time there is no need for suppliers or business partners to visit us. All business can and will be conducted by email, phone and online.

Our Showroom

We wish to inform you that we have had to change a few procedures within our office and the way we carry out our day to day business.

Some of the changes that we have implemented effective immediately:

• Our head office is closed to general public indefinitely
• All payments these will need to be deposited VIA direct deposit only. Gowling Stairs will not accept bank cheques during this time.
• Our showroom is only open to existing clients strictly by appointment only. Contact us at info@gowlingstairs.com.au to book an appointment
• All other enquiries and quotations are to be directed to info@gowlingstairs.com.au
• Our showroom can be viewed virtually through www.gowlingstairs.com.au

Our staff have the right to turn any client away who appears to show any signs of illness. We do ask if you are feeling unwell, have returned from overseas within the past 14 days or been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with, or is in the process of being tested for COVID-19 that you kindly remain within the comfort of your own home.
